Aya has a healthy dose of skepticism regarding the safety plans, but she doesn't have much of a choice to disbelieve it at the moment. Staying behind is old habits to make sure those in need go before those who are able to wait; it's part of what finds her out on the street, looking around for people who haven't left yet.

She turns when Jill calls out to her. She's not dressed like someone prepared for the weather - simply in a jean jacket, a sweater and her boots and jeans, the ensemble completed with a scarf - but she also doesn't seem to be suffering any ill effects for it.

Her breath puffs out in front of her as she turns and lets out a little huff of a sigh, waving an ungloved hand at Jill as she moves closer.

"No, I'm fine! Are you okay? Here - lets get out of the worst of it."

"Getting out" seems to be relative - she just moves them under a storefront that's further back, giving them respite from the falling snow.
